  • Deep understanding of spacecraft and/or launch vehicle propulsion systems and fluid components.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (such as NX 8.5, PTC Creo, or CATIA) with a solid grasp of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) as per ASME standards.
  • Strong foundation in compressible and incompressible flow, thermodynamics, thermochemistry, mechanics, materials, and electrical circuits.
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software tools, and knowledge of fatigue, fracture, and crack propagation.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and processes related to metallic and fluid systems.
  • Solid understanding of aerospace materials (metals, plastics, composites).
  • Ability to conduct trade studies using engineering principles to provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong motivation for advancing the commercial space sector and human spaceflight.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet critical mission milestones.
