We are seeking a talented Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc., a leading provider of dialysis services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to embark on a rewarding career in healthcare, providing life-changing support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care to patients in our outpatient dialysis centers, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients during their dialysis treatment, which may involve direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and performing various technical tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in healthcare, preferably in dialysis or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and equipment
