Medical Professional for Patient Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Professional to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg department, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Your expertise and empathy will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Foster quality care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their loved ones
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
