Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Wound Care Coordinator to join our esteemed healthcare organization.

Company Overview: Our facility is recognized for its dedication to delivering exceptional wound care services.

Compensation:
$90K-$110K (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive treatment strategies adhering to established wound care standards; articulate the rationale behind dressing choices, implement preventive strategies, and assess care outcomes to be reported to Supervisors and the Director of Quality Management.
  • Provide insights to physicians regarding the condition of wound patients and facilitate training sessions on dressing application techniques for nursing staff.
  • Compile a roster of patients with hospital-acquired pressure ulcers for Quality Management evaluation.
  • Recognize patients requiring debridement interventions, nutritional support, and assist in care provision during routine assessments.
  • Ensure the availability of essential supplies for patient treatment and engage in educational initiatives related to wound care.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid RN license in Washington State.
  • Prior experience in Wound Care is strongly preferred.
