Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in code blue and other emergency situations as a member of the ICU team.
- Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in ICU nursing with a minimum of one year of current ICU hospital experience.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC required; additional certifications may be preferred.
