Direct Reports: Assistant General Manager, Customer Service Representatives, Pizza Makers, and Delivery Experts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost management, sales growth, and profitability of the store.
  • Lead team members in operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of new team members.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members and management.
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies consistently.
  • Act as an operations expert to maximize productivity in line with Domino's standards.
  • Ensure high-quality products and services are delivered to customers.
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with team members.
  • Serve as a mentor and operations expert across all store-level positions.
  • Engage with customers and the community to foster strong relationships.
  • Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Oversee inventory control and management.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the store.

Qualifications:
