We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Asbury Communities. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting and analyzing various activities and initiatives related to business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, NetSuite, and other financial systems.
  • Business Analytics: Develop and implement business analytics solutions using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Quicksight to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Financial Reporting: Design and develop financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • System Integration: Integrate data from various systems, including marketing, operations, and HR, into our data warehouse and analytics solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes, reducing manual errors and improving efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis and business analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Experience with business analytics tools, such as Qlik, Power BI, or Quicksight.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and document management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
