As a Domino's Franchise Store Manager, you will be responsible for the success of the store and Team Members. This is a career opportunity where you will be able to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Manage Store Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing costs, building sales, increasing customer base, and store profitability.
  2. **Lead Team Members:** Lead Team Members in operational excellence and promotion of brand standards.
  3. **Recruitment and Training:** Recruit, train, and schedule new Team Members.
  4. **Team Development:** Provide continuous training and development of Team Members and Management teams.
  5. **Brand Standards:** Uphold brand standards and company policies.
  6. **Customer Service:** Ensure consistently high quality product and service to customers.
  7. **Health and Safety:** Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
  8. **Relationships:** Foster productive and professional relationships and engage Team Members.
  9. **Customer Relationships:** Build relationships with customers and community.
  10. **Cash Handling:** Handle cash, reconcile, and report.
  11. **Inventory Control:** Manage inventory control and management.
  12. **Marketing:** Assist General Manager in marketing efforts.

Minimum Requirements and Expectations:
