As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a pleasant and positive attitude, handling requests and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure the HBC department is well-stocked, organized, and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales. Build displays to drive incremental sales.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Receiving and Stocking: Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard and other related duties.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth function of the department and store, and continuously improve job performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience: No prior experience required.
