Job Title: GIS Analyst Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst Programmer to join our team at Serigor Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geographic information systems (GIS) and programming skills to design, develop, and implement complex GIS projects.

Job Summary:

The GIS Analyst Programmer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise GIS projects. This includes working with various GIS tools, such as Esri GIS tools, to create high-quality data products, including vector property maps and master address repositories. The successful candidate will also have experience with SQL database queries, geospatial relationship queries, and creating effective cartographic outputs.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design complex GIS projects to meet business requirements
  • Develop and implement GIS solutions using Esri GIS tools and programming languages
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure GIS solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data products, including vector property maps and master address repositories
  • Ensure GIS solutions are compliant with approved standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in GIS analysis and programming
  • Strong hands-on experience with Esri GIS tools, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online
  • Experience with SQL database queries and geospatial relationship queries
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified GIS Professional (GISP) certification
  • Experience with Python scripting
  • Experience working with planimetric data
