The Front Desk Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for guests checking into the resort, facilitating an exceptional guest experience. This individual will be responsible for handling complex technical tasks, including room changes, inventory moves, and folio adjustments. They will also create and issue keys, ensuring the safety and security of all owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the overall guest experience from check-in through check-out
  • Handle complex technical tasks, including room changes and folio adjustments
  • Create and issue keys, ensuring safety and security
  • Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Custodian as needed
  • Ensure each interaction exceeds guest expectations
  • Maintain and manage a house bank, perform end-of-day reporting, and cash owner/guest checks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a resort/hotel
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of seeing tasks through to completion
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
