The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining productive business relationships with a targeted group of Dairy producers, resulting in increased sales of products.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Identify and develop relationships with key Dairy industry influencers to further penetrate our products to other farms.
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans to identify and demonstrate the need for core offerings with influencers and their ruminant customers.
  • Use account plans to identify and deliver needs of both customers and influencers, including financial advice, product information, training, and data monitoring.
  • Establish and initiate communication requirements within the targeted market and maintain and update targeted customers and influencers in the CRM system.
  • Communicate distribution requirements and issues to Regional Account Manager and ensure overall customer satisfaction and deliver necessary sales results.
