Business Development Growth Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Growth Partner to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
- Utilize your sales expertise to develop and execute strategic plans for generating new leads and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer engagement in our CRM system
What You'll Need:
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Highly organized and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills
Your Benefits:
