Assisted Living Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assisted Living Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the Assisted Living Neighborhood team to provide exceptional care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the assisted living neighborhood in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-quality team to deliver exceptional resident care and services.
- Provide recognition and create an engaged culture for team members, residents, and families.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Sunrise Senior Living standards.
- Partner with the leadership team to ensure the community is in compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Assist the executive director in completing the annual community budget and manage the department budget to ensure financial sustainability.
- Minimum one year of supervisory/management experience in assisted living or long-term care.
- BA/BS degree may be required based on state requirements.
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new applications.
- Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- Scheduling experience is a definite asset.
