About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Resident Experience team at Lantower Luxury Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Greet community visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Move-In Orientations: Schedule and facilitate move-in orientations for new residents, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate responses to resident issues, track and follow up to resolve the issue(s) to ensure move-in satisfaction.
  • Communication: Utilize property management systems to effectively manage resident relations, service requests, and resident communications.
  • Partnerships: Partner with the Centralized Leasing Team to ensure community renewal and leasing goals are achieved.
  • Issue Management: Manage resident issues and complaints with the Community Manager and Resident Experience Manager, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve the issue.
  • Event Planning: Organize and attend scheduled resident events.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with high professionalism.
  • Solid computer literacy, with experience in the Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
