Key Responsibilities- Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with residents and their families, providing personalized care and support.
- Assist with Daily Living Activities: Help residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and Report Changes: Notify management of any changes in a resident's condition, recommending adjustments to their care plan as needed.
- Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) for residents.
- Ensure Resident Safety: Partner with the community team to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, adhering to OSHA regulations and promoting risk management practices.
- Dedication to Senior Care: A passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive Attitude and Flexibility: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing various duties to support residents.
- Education and Certifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications (where applicable).
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a care-related role.
