Job Summary

Bowser Automotive, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Sales Associate to join our sales team. As a key member of our BDC, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales department by assisting customers via email and phone, informing them of vehicle features, and scheduling appointments with our sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and internet inquiries, including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls and emails to sales leads to persuade potential customers to schedule an appointment with a sales professional.
  • Answer questions about vehicle details, company information, and direct calls requiring specific attention to the appropriate manager.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • Adhere to Bowser Automotive, Inc. policies and procedures, including all safety policies.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone and online.
  • Strong influencing and closing skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm+.
  • Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting at a computer for no more than 8 hours per work day.
  • Ability to lift no more than 20 lbs. at a time.
