Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ramp Services Manager to join our team at Swissport International AG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and directing ramp activities to ensure a safe and quality product is delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct ramp activities to ensure efficient and profitable operations
  • Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities
  • Manage and control all staff assignments to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Hold daily briefings with all levels of management to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Provide support to front-line management to ensure effective operations
  • Coach and train employees to improve operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ramp supervision or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of ramp operations and safety procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Leadership ability and customer focus
  • Ability to deal with conflict and maintain a positive work environment
