Construction Project Coordinator

Position OverviewThe Field Engineer (FE) plays a crucial role in our project teams, working closely with the Superintendent to ensure successful project execution. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for layout surveys, concrete form checks, production trend analysis, quality control, site safety initiatives, and coordination with trade partners.
Responsibilities- Perform layout surveys in conformance with design and contract documents.
- Verify accuracy and adequacy of concrete forms, including embedded items, before placement.
- Analyze production trends and report on quantities of work completed.
- Collaborate with trade partners on quality control, site safety, and coordination.
- Participate in weekly safety audits and site safety meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk.
Past internships in the construction industry are preferred but not required.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $89,400 - $92,800, plus benefits that include medical insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, 401(K) retirement plan, health savings account, and employee assistance program. Additionally, salaried employees participate in an annual bonus plan and receive a company cell phone or allowance, depending on position location.
