Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at PCF Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in exterior construction, including experience as a foreman or supervisor.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
