Skanska is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career with a company that values its team and is committed to creating innovative and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, timely, profitable, and ethical performance of work in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
- Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
- Understand basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years prior relevant experience.
