Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Representative to join our team at Senior Star. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy growth and increasing positive public awareness of our retirement community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
  • Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the benefits of our community
  • Utilize data and market analysis to inform sales decisions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless move-in processes and exceptional resident experiences

  • Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the senior living industry and market trends
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
