About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Metairie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer service
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry
  • Strong process and results-driven attitude, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
