Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales and will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with decision makers to assess needs and secure accounts
  • Document activity in the automated system and set next action steps to keep prospects/clients in the sales pipeline
  • Develop a quarterly sales plan identifying potential new clients and business opportunities
  • Take the lead in coordinating ongoing sales activities for target list of prospects
  • Research accounts, establish meetings, and coordinate presentations as needed
  • Use the automated system to prepare a daily sales plan identifying companies and offices to visit
  • Introduce the company through cold calls, planned calls, appointments, and telephone calls
  • Manage and nurture existing clients to implement growth
  • Establish recruiting requirements and objectives; meet with managers to discuss needs
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications
  • Build an active pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
  • Communicate effectively with customers, applicants, and peers
  • Prioritize tasks and provide follow-up
  • Must have good work history
  • Qualifications:
    • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
    • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
    • Knowledge and familiarity with office operations
    • Phone and email etiquette
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    • Pay: From $60,000.00 + Commissions
