Key Responsibilities - 70% of the Role:
- Developing, testing, and deploying software solutions
- Debugging and resolving software issues
- Deploying software across development, quality assurance, and production environments
- Creating test and performance plans for code
Key Responsibilities - 30% of the Role:
- Designing innovative solutions for new and existing clients
- Creating high-level technical designs and architectures
- Designing scalable and high-performance solutions
- Leading design discussions with various partner vendors
- Implementing complex technical solutions
- Collaborating with domain leadership on existing features and developing a product roadmap that meets market needs
- Designing using Microservices architecture
- Mentoring the development team
Essential Development Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid
- Experience with Spark
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with code repositories like Bitbucket or Git
- SQL expertise
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or PostgreSQL
- API integration experience (RESTful)
- Understanding of JSON and XML
- Experience with message bus technologies (Kafka)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure (Docker, Containers, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with UI Technologies:
- Knowledge of Angular, React, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Experience in AI/ML technologies is a plus
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field / Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development
