Key Responsibilities:

+ Identify prevalent safety, health, and environmental risks associated with the organization's operations and develop protective guidelines.

+ Ensure compliance with EHS training requirements to meet regulatory standards and support organizational objectives.

+ Conduct audits of safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure adherence to company policies and governmental regulations, as well as suitability for local conditions.

+ Monitor performance reports for trends and conditions, notifying management of any issues.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related field with a 4-year degree.

Process Management: Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies; capability to understand, oversee, and enhance existing processes.

Attention to Detail: Recognizing the importance of precision; ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Effective Communication: Knowledge of communication strategies; ability to convey and interpret ideas and information effectively.

Influencing Skills: Understanding of effective influencing techniques; ability to sway decisions within and outside the organization.

Proactive Initiative: Commitment to taking action on self-identified responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and achieve objectives.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Proficiency in self-management practices; ability to juggle multiple projects and activities while making informed prioritization decisions.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of techniques for identifying and resolving operational or process-related issues; ability to apply problem-solving skills to various situations.

EHS Policy Compliance: Understanding of Environmental Health and Safety policies; ability to implement these policies to ensure safety and compliance with legal standards.
