Position Summary

As a vital member of our Customer Service team, you will be the primary contact for our clients, including convenience stores, educational institutions, and other businesses that utilize our products. Your role will involve assisting with inquiries related to our slush machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues via phone, coordinating service as necessary.
  • Prioritize urgent requests from key accounts to ensure swift resolution.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to address their needs and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and operations to fulfill customer service requests.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
  • Process requests for repair approvals and liaise with third-party service providers.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to confirm service completion and satisfaction.
  • Assist in machine audits and record findings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a dynamic environment. Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a B2B capacity.
  • Experience in conveying technical information clearly to clients.
