Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer care that meet or exceed all internal and external customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and confirm and/or correct orders prior to entering in our ERP system.
  • Request Processing: Create requests in our databases to support customer orders, such as new customer account setup, customer pricing, required quality or export documentation or certificates.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and coordinate resolution of any issues that may negatively affect customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Handle all customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and communicated to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 2+ years business-related experience in a customer contact center
  • Skills: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Critical Thinking Skills, Relationship Building, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy (Team Orientation), Problem Solving
  • Language Skills: English proven oral and written communication
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to solve basic math equations
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to draw logical conclusions; proven analytical ability

Working Conditions:

  • This individual will work in an office environment with moderate noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment.
  • The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch and stand for extended periods of time.
  • This individual will work in an office environment with moderate noise.
  • Infrequent lifting of over 25 lbs. will be required.
