Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Front Desk Activities:
    • Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming smile, making everyone feel comfortable and valued.
    • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, exceeding their expectations.
    • Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Utilize our point-of-sale system to assist with membership cards, billing, and payment questions.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    • Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Regularly clean and upkeep the facility, including equipment, windows, and mirrors.
    • Ensure the gym and amenities are clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for our members.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
    • Prior customer service experience preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
