**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading plumbing project management and leadership efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and excellence.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead plumbing project management and leadership efforts to drive business growth and excellence
* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of plumbing project management and leadership experience
* Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Demonstrated leadership abilities
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
* Project budgeting skills
* Ability to promptly resolve team management problems
* Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
* Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner
