Job Title: Plumbing/Piping Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing/Piping Foreman to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of pipefitters and plumbers to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation of materials used and labor hours worked.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in piping installation, retrofits, systems, and equipment.
  • Journeyman License or higher.
  • Experience running small crews.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
