Operational Leader for Clinical Excellence

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Operational Leader for Clinical Excellence to drive the success of our clinical operations. This role will be responsible for achieving high-performing physician practice operations, ensuring proper operational and quality controls, and implementing large project initiatives that impact our clinical sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physician leaders and senior leaders to improve operational performance, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive change management and transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Analyze workflow processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new systems and procedures to optimize clinical operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial vitality and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing operational insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field, business administration, or public administration; Master's preferred.
- Five years of upper management experience in a multi-specialty physician practice group or hospital-based setting.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and organizing disparate practices to standardization, improving outcomes, and enhancing productivity.
- Experience with electronic medical records, large project management techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of physician practice management operations, health care administration, fiscal management, and government regulations.
- Self-directed with ability to work in ambiguous environments, creating structure and driving results.
Working Conditions: Frequent contact with physicians and staff; occasional travel required.
