Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with order placements, warranty issues, refunds, and product recalls
- Process customer payments and update customer information as needed
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Associate degree preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to develop lasting relationships
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable
- Strong time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Normal office environment
- Moderate lifting may be required to move equipment, files, and supplies
- Minimal travel may be required at times
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to ensure tasks are completed
