Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Keolis Commuter Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide route information and answer questions from the general public
  • Regularly interact with customers both in person and by phone
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided
  • Sell bus passes and ensure till is balanced
  • Issue ID cards
  • Provide information to the public
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
