As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service:
    • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a warm welcome.
    • Offer assistance to any guests who may need help, such as answering questions about our menu or providing directions.
    • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders efficiently and accurately.
    • Handle payments accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
    • Know what is on buffet for the day and have a full knowledge of menu and prices.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
    • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas.
    • Follow local health department laws.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
    • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow local health department laws.
