Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets at Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 36 direct reports, overseeing the operations of our cafe, coffee kiosks, and additional retail outlets. This includes ensuring that employees have the necessary equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their duties, as well as maintaining brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of frontline staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of all brand required tools and programs
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, department HACCP and safety programs, and frontline training programs
  • Open and close the operation, ensuring that all standards are met
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
