Role Responsibilities:

  3. Organize and replenish displays, ensuring food items are wrapped, labeled, dated, and rotated appropriately.
  4. Utilize equipment effectively; troubleshoot any issues; maintain inventory; and conduct preventive maintenance.
  5. Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by following cleaning and operational protocols.
  6. Restock customer service areas, manage supply orders, and maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste properly.

Work Schedule:

Part-time roles necessitate consistent weekly availability throughout the year. Schedules may be fixed or adjusted based on store requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular movement throughout the store to access various sections and products.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended durations.
  • Frequent lifting of items.
  • Occasional reaching, bending, kneeling, and climbing.

Health and Safety Measures:

Our locations adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines regarding health and safety. Compliance with vaccination requirements may be necessary, and the use of face coverings may be mandated.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years required.
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in food handling is advantageous.
  • Dynamic, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with a variety of individuals.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to connect customers with suitable products.
  • Basic skills in mathematics, typing, and data entry are essential.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is crucial.
