Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets at Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 36 direct reports and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafes, coffee kiosks, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the daily operations of our retail outlets, including inventory management, cash handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and utilize Sodexo's brand required tools and programs to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of basic management experience.
- 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
