Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our retail outlets, including inventory management, cash handling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and utilize Sodexo's brand required tools and programs to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of basic management experience.
  • 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
