About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Davidson Health & Rehab Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
