Enterprise Client Relationship Manager

This Multi-Unit Operations Manager position is a high-level leadership role within Fooda, focusing on delivering exceptional results across multiple units. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while ensuring seamless client relationships and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key client contacts to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.
- Operational Excellence: Lead and manage daily operations to ensure consistency in delivering a Best-in-Class Service Experience, drive efficiency, and improve profitability.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of at least ten direct reports, providing coaching, development opportunities, and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control expenses.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5-8 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably with a legacy food provider. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of financial principles. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
