Position Summary:
As a Territory Manager at DEMDACO, your main duty will be to promote and sell the company's product lines to retail partners. This role encompasses prospecting, qualifying leads, selling, account planning, and providing ongoing support to retail partners who can benefit from DEMDACO's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets established by the company or the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Maintain standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend commitments.
  • Fulfill company sales force requirements, including in-person sales meetings, order placements, and establishing new accounts.
  • Market the complete DEMDACO product line while achieving specific revenue objectives for various product categories.
  • Strategically plan and forecast accounts within the designated territory.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, the Regional Sales Manager, and internal teams regarding sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide weekly written reports to the Regional Sales Manager detailing successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure equitable decision-making concerning accounts and distribution.
  • Thoroughly cover the assigned territory by systematically visiting retail locations.
  • Utilize technology tools such as Sales Force Automation Systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
  • Engage in relevant trade shows and events as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Previous Outside Sales experience, ideally within the Gift Industry.
  • Understanding of the sales process, including needs assessment and contract negotiation.
  • Experience working with independent retail and key accounts.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A strong work ethic and a drive for achieving success.
Work Environment:
Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fast-paced with firm deadlines.

Physical Requirements:
This role may involve some lifting during sales activities and occasional travel for customer engagements or events.
