Job Overview

Godby HPE is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Dispatcher and Customer Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling customers, optimizing technician routes, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule customer service appointments
  • Optimize technician routes to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Respond to service leads and schedule appointments
  • Accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
