We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, using the F.A.S.T. service model, and asking open-ended questions to learn about their project needs.
- Sales and Merchandising: Process customer transactions efficiently, lift boxes, and arrange items on shelves and racks. Stock shelves accurately according to planogram and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Work closely with Store Management to identify key tasks and delegate them to Team Members. Follow up to ensure tasks are completed well and in a timely manner. Collaborate with other Team Members or store management on projects in a professional manner.
- Operational Duties: Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring store compliance, and finding creative ways to drive the business. May act as MOD to open/close the store when no member of store management is present.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
- Availability: Part-time status requires open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
