About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Lexus of Bridgewater. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in creating a positive and memorable experience for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Customers: Greet all customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Providing Assistance: Ensure that customers receive accurate and prompt assistance, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing Customer Flow: Monitor the flow of customer traffic in the showroom and on the lot, directing them to the correct department and ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and outgoing personality, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
