About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Specialist to support our team at Moats and Associates. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a calendar.

You will also be responsible for writing correspondence, maintaining an organized filing system, and developing and implementing office procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar to ensure efficient use of time
  • Write emails, memos, and letters, and distribute them accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Implement and maintain office procedures to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position preferred
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
