Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Management professional to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Land and Maritime Solutions Market Segment, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of contracts that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract data calls/administration to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Assist in preparing bids, progress, and other reports, and advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
  • Compile and analyze data, and maintain historical information to support contract management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, subcontracts, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree or Juris Doctor.
  • MS computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, including functions such as legal, subcontracts, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with DoD Contracting, including FAR/DFARS, UCC regulations.
Desired Skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Contracts Command Media.
  • Electronic Contracting Environment (ECS, DMS, ESS) experience.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
