Job Title: Senior Director, Marketing

At Everstory Partners, we're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive our marketing efforts and contribute to our business growth. As a Senior Director of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals and company vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
