About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team at AdventHealth Corporate. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering our compensation programs to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and premium pay programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job architecture, and pay grades for assigned markets.
  • Provide mentoring and training to Compensation Analysts and serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners.
  • Participate in compensation survey process and conduct research on market trends and compensation best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, HR, or finance.
  • MarketPay or other online survey library experience preferred.
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred.
