Digital Marketing Insights Specialist

We're seeking a skilled analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven marketing team, you'll work closely with our web, social, media, and research teams to uncover actionable insights that drive client success.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive data analysis and optimization strategies across digital, social, and media channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet client needs
- Provide expert-level support for client reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations
- Contribute to goal setting, tracking implementation, and ensuring data integrity across all client projects
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing data analysis within a communications, advertising, or digital agency
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, computer science, or related field
- Google Analytics certification for at least 12 months
- Proven ability to balance data analysis with client interaction and communication
- Passion for the advertising and marketing communication industry
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, DoubleClick for Advertisers, AdWords, and Facebook Insights
- Mid-level experience in data manipulation and mining, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Effective presentation of complex data in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing/visually
- Strong written communication skills, with ability to make data understandable to non-experts
- Working knowledge of major web analytics tools and social media measurement tools
- Experience with A/B/N testing and optimization
- Experience in research analysis and SPSS statistics (optional)
- Curious nature, extreme objectivity, and willingness to help others succeed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to adapt to multiple projects and priorities
- Interest in contributing to industry knowledge and participating in the Google Analytics Certified Partner community
- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and chaos, with ability to create order and structure
- Self-motivated and able to think critically and learn quickly
