Job Summary

MCI Military Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will play a vital role in educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Information and Guidance: Provide information to customers about various healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Insurance Policy Selection: Help customers choose the appropriate insurance policy that fits their needs, ensuring they have the right coverage.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities and advice comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Insurance-Related Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.
  • Customer Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.
  • Sales and Business Objectives: Promote various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Concern Resolution: Resolve any concerns that customers may have with their insurance policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and policy management.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License
  • Experience: Previous call center experience is preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Dependability: Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment and dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
